The Wead Library will be hosting a Local Author Expo on Saturday, December 14th from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Nine local authors will be available to speak to members of the public about their books, writing process and more during the Author Expo.
Marshall Pixley, Ricky Reid, and Kevin Pentalow will all be featured speakers at the event. Other participating authors include Robin Abbott, Jill Barnes, Dale Langlois, Tricia Livernois, April Peterson, and Rob Roy.
Children between the ages of 5-12 can join author and former Wead Library therapy dog handler, Jill Barnes in the children's room at 1:30 p.m. Jill Barnes will be doing a reading of her children's non-fiction book "Ranger: Best Therapy Dog Ever."
The Wead Library will be offering refreshments. No registration required.
