Paul Harrington grew up in Malone and is returning to the Wead Library to discuss his book "Justice or Not" on Wednesday, November 16th beginning at 5 PM. "Justice or Not," shows Mr. Harrington's perspective as a NYS Corrections Officer (now retired). Books will be available for purchase (cash only). Paperback books will be available for $20.95 and hardcover books for $34.95 before tax.
